When a product is sold out, it is often restocked. However, if a product is discontinued, this does not happen and it is removed from the webshop after a certain period.

In addition, we also have limited edition products. These will never return, so if you want something, you need to be on time to order!

If our products are not too warm, choose a maximum of 30 degrees. Try not to wash the products too often, because the rule is: the less, the better!
Please do not put our products in the dryer, this way you keep the products as nice as possible. We recommend letting the products dry naturally and avoiding the dryer as much as possible.
The products are made from materials that do not wrinkle easily, so there is no need to iron them. Do not iron the products if you want to fully enjoy your purchases!

Within a maximum of 14 days after receiving your return shipment, we will complete the processing of your return and inform you of the further steps. This includes processing any refunds or exchanging products, depending on your choice and the return conditions.
If you want to exchange your product(s) for a different size or another product, you only pay the return costs. We will cover the shipping costs for the new shipment. If we sent the wrong size or product, we will pay both the return costs and the shipping costs for the correct product.
When you want to convert a refund into a gift card, you can send us a private message on Instagram or an email. We will then get started for you right away!

If an amount has been deducted from your account and you have not received an order confirmation, please contact us as soon as possible! First, check if the payment was successful.
