• The ordered products must be returned within 14 days of the date of receipt. 
• The ordered products are unwashed and unworn.
• All original cards and labels are still attached to the product.
• The product does not smell of smoking materials such as cigarettes.
• The products are returned in the original packaging supplied.
• Costs for returning products are borne by the customer.
• There are no food stains, make-up stains, body odors, etc. present
• The risks of returning M.B.T. lost products are borne by the customer, because we are not liable for this.
• Return shipments please return with Post NL, DHL or DPD.

For hygienic reasons, underwear, jewelry and caps can only be returned if the products are damaged and/or broken.

If our exchange delivery conditions are not adhered to, we will return the product and charge the shipping costs.

It is not possible to return gift cards! It is also no longer possible to redeem the gift card 2 years after the date of purchase. Are you too late to redeem the gift card? Unfortunately, you will not receive a refund.
