Returns

Report your return within 14 days of receipt. After that, you have another 14 days to send the package. Keep the shipping receipt with tracking and tracing.

Unwashed and unworn, with all labels attached, preferably in the original packaging. The item is free from stains, damages, and odors such as smoke. If you have used it more than necessary to try it on, we cannot accept it for return.

Underwear, jewelry, and caps that are gift cards. Items that are made or adjusted according to your specifications cannot be accepted.

The return costs are for the customer. The shipping and loss risk remains with you until we have received the package.

Download the return form. Send with PostNL, DHL, or DPD. Include your order details in the package, order number, and contact information. If you don't have a printer, write the details on a note.

Within 14 days after your return notification. We may wait to refund until we have received the package or until you have shared a shipping receipt. We will refund via the same payment method.

That is possible. Add all order numbers in the portal and include the packing slip or your order details in the package. Pack fragile items securely.

You can return sale items within the return period, unless the item states that returns are not possible based on a legal exception. We will apply discounts on promotions according to the promotional conditions.
